In the 'Budget' section, click 'New transaction'. First choose the type: revenue or expense. Then select a category (different options for each type), set a status (Planned, Committed, Paid, or Cancelled), a unit price and quantity (optional) or the total amount directly, a date, and you can attach files (quote, invoice, receipt, or other) via upload or drag and drop.
