The person will receive an invitation email with a link. Clicking it will take them to the Oniloo login page. If they don't have an account, they can create one (via form or Google). Once logged in, they'll be automatically redirected to the invitation to accept or decline it. They don't need a subscription to join a workspace or event — the inviter pays for the seat.
